KJV: And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.
NASB: And He said to His disciples, "For this reason I say to you, do not worry about your life, as to what you will eat; nor for your body, as to what you will put on.
KJV: And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?
NASB: "And which of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life's span?
KJV: If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest?
NASB: "If then you cannot do even a very little thing, why do you worry about other matters?
KJV: And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind.
NASB: "And do not seek what you will eat and what you will drink, and do not keep worrying.
KJV: And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season?
NASB: And the Lord said, "Who then is the faithful and sensible steward, whom his master will put in charge of his servants, to give them their rations at the proper time?
KJV: I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?
NASB: "I have come to cast fire upon the earth; and how I wish it were already kindled!
KJV: Yea, and why even of yourselves judge ye not what is right?
NASB: "And why do you not even on your own initiative judge what is right?
KJV: Then said he, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and whereunto shall I resemble it?
NASB: So He was saying, "What is the kingdom of God like, and to what shall I compare it?
