Are there not mockers with me? and doth not mine eye continue in their provocation?

Though wickedness be sweet in his mouth, though he hide it under his tongue;

"Though evil is sweet in his mouth And he hides it under his tongue,

Even when I remember I am afraid, and trembling taketh hold on my flesh.

"Even when I remember, I am disturbed, And horror takes hold of my flesh.

Is it any pleasure to the Almighty, that thou art righteous? or is it gain to him, that thou makest thy ways perfect?
NASB:
"Is there any pleasure to the Almighty if you are righteous, Or profit if you make your ways perfect?
KJV:
Whereas our substance is not cut down, but the remnant of them the fire consumeth.
NASB:
Saying, 'Truly our adversaries are cut off, And their abundance the fire has consumed.'
