KJV: For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks?
NASB: If I partake with thankfulness, why am I slandered concerning that for which I give thanks?
KJV: For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.
NASB: For if a woman does not cover her head, let her also have her hair cut off; but if it is disgraceful for a woman to have her hair cut off or her head shaved, let her cover her head.
KJV: But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the churches of God.
NASB: But if one is inclined to be contentious, we have no other practice, nor have the churches of God.
