KJV: For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it:
NASB: For you have heard of my former manner of life in Judaism, how I used to persecute the church of God beyond measure and tried to destroy it;
KJV: But they had heard only, That he which persecuted us in times past now preacheth the faith which once he destroyed.
NASB: but only, they kept hearing, "He who once persecuted us is now preaching the faith which he once tried to destroy."
KJV: But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.
NASB: But as at that time he who was born according to the flesh persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, so it is now also.
