KJV: Some therefore cried one thing, and some another: for the assembly was confused; and the more part knew not wherefore they were come together.
NASB: So then, some were shouting one thing and some another, for the assembly was in confusion and the majority did not know for what reason they had come together.
KJV: For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.
NASB: For indeed circumcision is of value if you practice the Law; but if you are a transgressor of the Law, your circumcision has become uncircumcision.
KJV: And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.
NASB: The gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned; for on the one hand the judgment arose from one transgression resulting in condemnation, but on the other hand the free gift arose from many transgressions resulting in justification.
