KJV: For he was a good man, and full of the Holy Ghost and of faith: and much people was added unto the Lord.
NASB: for he was a good man, and full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And considerable numbers were brought to the Lord.
KJV: And Paul, earnestly beholding the council, said, Men and brethren, I have lived in all good conscience before God until this day.
NASB: Paul, looking intently at the Council, said, "Brethren, I have lived my life with a perfectly good conscience before God up to this day."

NASB: And why not say (as we are slanderously reported and as some claim that we say), "Let us do evil that good may come "? Their condemnation is just.

NASB: For one will hardly die for a righteous man; though perhaps for the good man someone would dare even to die.
KJV: Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.
NASB: So then, the Law is holy, and the commandment is holy and righteous and good.
KJV: Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.
NASB: Therefore did that which is good become a cause of death for me? May it never be! Rather it was sin, in order that it might be shown to be sin by effecting my death through that which is good, so that through the commandment sin would become utterly sinful.
