KJV: Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?
NASB: Actually, then, it is already a defeat for you, that you have lawsuits with one another. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded?
KJV: And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.
NASB: Now God has not only raised the Lord, but will also raise us up through His power.
KJV: Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.
NASB: But because of immoralities, each man is to have his own wife, and each woman is to have her own husband.
KJV: Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.
NASB: Stop depriving one another, except by agreement for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer, and come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.
KJV: I suppose therefore that this is good for the present distress, I say, that it is good for a man so to be.
NASB: I think then that this is good in view of the present distress, that it is good for a man to remain as he is.

NASB: Or is He speaking altogether for our sake? Yes, for our sake it was written, because the plowman ought to plow in hope, and the thresher to thresh in hope of sharing the crops.
KJV: And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.
NASB: I do all things for the sake of the gospel, so that I may become a fellow partaker of it.
