Where now is your king That he may save you in all your cities, And your judges of whom you requested, "Give me a king and princes "?

"Their king will go into exile, He and his princes together," says the LORD.

And I will cut off the judge from the midst thereof, and will slay all the princes thereof with him, saith the LORD.

"I will also cut off the judge from her midst And slay all her princes with him," says the LORD.

That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.

Concerning evil, both hands do it well. The prince asks, also the judge, for a bribe, And a great man speaks the desire of his soul; So they weave it together.
