NASB:
Therefore many of His disciples, when they heard this said, "This is a difficult statement; who can listen to it?"
KJV:

NASB:
The Pharisees heard the crowd muttering these things about Him, and the chief priests and the Pharisees sent officers to seize Him.

Some of the people therefore, when they heard these words, were saying, "This certainly is the Prophet."

Doth our law judge any man, before it hear him, and know what he doeth?

"But as it is, you are seeking to kill Me, a man who has told you the truth, which I heard from God; this Abraham did not do.
