Then the priest shall command that they take away the stones in which the plague is, and they shall cast them into an unclean place without the city:

then the priest shall order them to tear out the stones with the mark in them and throw them away at an unclean place outside the city.

And Moses spake unto the people, saying, Arm some of yourselves unto the war, and let them go against the Midianites, and avenge the LORD of Midian.

Moses spoke to the people, saying, "Arm men from among you for the war, that they may go against Midian to execute the LORD'S vengeance on Midian.

So there were delivered out of the thousands of Israel, a thousand of every tribe, twelve thousand armed for war.

So there were furnished from the thousands of Israel, a thousand from each tribe, twelve thousand armed for war.

But we ourselves will go ready armed before the children of Israel, until we have brought them unto their place: and our little ones shall dwell in the fenced cities because of the inhabitants of the land.
NASB:
but we ourselves will be armed ready to go before the sons of Israel, until we have brought them to their place, while our little ones live in the fortified cities because of the inhabitants of the land.

And Moses said unto them, If ye will do this thing, if ye will go armed before the LORD to war,

So Moses said to them, "If you will do this, if you will arm yourselves before the LORD for the war,

And will go all of you armed over Jordan before the LORD, until he hath driven out his enemies from before him,
NASB:
and all of you armed men cross over the Jordan before the LORD until He has driven His enemies out from before Him,

But thy servants will pass over, every man armed for war, before the LORD to battle, as my lord saith.
NASB:
while your servants, everyone who is armed for war, will cross over in the presence of the LORD to battle, just as my lord says."

And Moses said unto them, If the children of Gad and the children of Reuben will pass with you over Jordan, every man armed to battle, before the LORD, and the land shall be subdued before you; then ye shall give them the land of Gilead for a possession:

Moses said to them, "If the sons of Gad and the sons of Reuben, everyone who is armed for battle, will cross with you over the Jordan in the presence of the LORD, and the land is subdued before you, then you shall give them the land of Gilead for a possession;
