KJV: And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.
NASB: and asked for letters from him to the synagogues at Damascus, so that if he found any belonging to the Way, both men and women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.
KJV: So when they were dismissed, they came to Antioch: and when they had gathered the multitude together, they delivered the epistle:

NASB: When I arrive, whomever you may approve, I will send them with letters to carry your gift to Jerusalem;
KJV: Do we begin again to commend ourselves? or need we, as some others, epistles of commendation to you, or letters of commendation from you?
NASB: Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, as some, letters of commendation to you or from you?
KJV: Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:
NASB: You are our letter, written in our hearts, known and read by all men;
