KJV: There is no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be any remembrance of things that are to come with those that shall come after.
NASB: There is no remembrance of earlier things; And also of the later things which will occur, There will be for them no remembrance Among those who will come later still.
KJV: I the Preacher was king over Israel in Jerusalem.
NASB: I, the Preacher, have been king over Israel in Jerusalem.

KJV: Wherefore I perceive that there is nothing better, than that a man should rejoice in his own works; for that is his portion: for who shall bring him to see what shall be after him?
NASB: I have seen that nothing is better than that man should be happy in his activities, for that is his lot. For who will bring him to see what will occur after him?
