Of uncertain derivation; the jaw-bone, i.e. (by implication) the cheek or side of the face -- cheek.
KJV: But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.
NASB: "But I say to you, do not resist an evil person; but whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also.
