And I raised up of your sons for prophets, and of your young men for Nazarites. Is it not even thus, O ye children of Israel? saith the LORD.

"Then I raised up some of your sons to be prophets And some of your young men to be Nazirites. Is this not so, O sons of Israel?" declares the LORD.

And he that is courageous among the mighty shall flee away naked in that day, saith the LORD.

"Even the bravest among the warriors will flee naked in that day," declares the LORD.

For they know not to do right, saith the LORD, who store up violence and robbery in their palaces.

"But they do not know how to do what is right," declares the LORD, "these who hoard up violence and devastation in their citadels."

"You will go out through breaches in the walls, Each one straight before her, And you will be cast to Harmon," declares the LORD.
