KJV: Surely the churning of milk bringeth forth butter, and the wringing of the nose bringeth forth blood: so the forcing of wrath bringeth forth strife.
NASB: For the churning of milk produces butter, And pressing the nose brings forth blood; So the churning of anger produces strife.
KJV: Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utterany thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few.
NASB: Do not be hasty in word or impulsive in thought to bring up a matter in the presence of God. For God is in heaven and you are on the earth; therefore let your words be few.
KJV: As he came forth of his mother's womb, naked shall he return to go as he came, and shall take nothing of his labour, which he may carry away in his hand.
NASB: As he had come naked from his mother's womb, so will he return as he came. He will take nothing from the fruit of his labor that he can carry in his hand.
KJV: It is good that thou shouldest take hold of this; yea, also from this withdraw not thine hand: for he that feareth God shall come forth of them all.
NASB: It is good that you grasp one thing and also not let go of the other; for the one who fears God comes forth with both of them.
KJV: If thou know not, O thou fairest among women, go thy way forth by the footsteps of the flock, and feed thy kids beside the shepherds' tents.
NASB: "If you yourself do not know, Most beautiful among women, Go forth on the trail of the flock And pasture your young goats By the tents of the shepherds.
