KJV: After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.
NASB: After these things the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision, saying, "Do not fear, Abram, I am a shield to you; Your reward shall be very great."
KJV: And Leah said, God hath given me my hire, because I have given my maiden to my husband: and she called his name Issachar.
NASB: Then Leah said, "God has given me my wages because I gave my maid to my husband." So she named him Issachar.
KJV: And he said, Appoint me thy wages, and I will give it.
NASB: He continued, "Name me your wages, and I will give it."
KJV: I will pass through all thy flock to day, removing from thence all the speckled and spotted cattle, and all the brown cattle among the sheep, and the spotted and speckled among the goats: and of such shall be my hire.
NASB: let me pass through your entire flock today, removing from there every speckled and spotted sheep and every black one among the lambs and the spotted and speckled among the goats; and such shall be my wages.
KJV: So shall my righteousness answer for me in time to come, when it shall come for my hire before thy face: every one that is not speckled and spotted among the goats, and brown among the sheep, that shall be counted stolen with me.
