Or luach {loo'-akh}; from a primitive root; probably meaning to glisten; a tablet (as polished), of stone, wood or metal -- board, plate, table.
KJV: And the LORD said unto Moses, Come up to me into the mount, and be there: and I will give thee tables of stone, and a law, and commandments which I have written; that thou mayest teach them.
NASB: Now the LORD said to Moses, "Come up to Me on the mountain and remain there, and I will give you the stone tablets with the law and the commandment which I have written for their instruction."
KJV: Hollow with boards shalt thou make it: as it was shewed thee in the mount, so shall they make it.
NASB: "You shall make it hollow with planks; as it was shown to you in the mountain, so they shall make it.
KJV: And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.
