KJV: Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.
NASB: Is there anything of which one might say, "See this, it is new "? Already it has existed for ages Which were before us.
KJV: And I turned myself to behold wisdom, and madness, and folly: for what can the man do that cometh after the king? even that which hath been already done.
NASB: So I turned to consider wisdom, madness and folly; for what will the man do who will come after the king except what has already been done?
KJV: That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.
NASB: That which is has been already and that which will be has already been, for God seeks what has passed by.
KJV: Wherefore I praised the dead which are already dead more than the living which are yet alive.
NASB: So I congratulated the dead who are already dead more than the living who are still living.
