KJV: And when Moses' father in law saw all that he did to the people, he said, What is this thing that thou doest to the people? why sittest thou thyself alone, and all the people stand by thee from morning unto even?
NASB: Now when Moses' father-in-law saw all that he was doing for the people, he said, "What is this thing that you are doing for the people? Why do you alone sit as judge and all the people stand about you from morning until evening?"
KJV: Thou wilt surely wear away, both thou, and this people that is with thee: for this thing is too heavy for thee; thou art not able to perform it thyself alone.
NASB: "You will surely wear out, both yourself and these people who are with you, for the task is too heavy for you; you cannot do it alone.
KJV: If thou shalt do this thing, and God command thee so, then thou shalt be able to endure, and all this people shall also go to their place in peace.
NASB: "If you do this thing and God so commands you, then you will be able to endure, and all these people also will go to their place in peace."
KJV: And all the people answered together, and said, All that the LORD hath spoken we will do. And Moses returned the words of the people unto the LORD.
NASB: All the people answered together and said, "All that the LORD has spoken we will do!" And Moses brought back the words of the people to the LORD.
