He shall not return into the land of Egypt, but the Assyrian shall be his king, because they refused to return.
NASB:
They will not return to the land of Egypt; But Assyria-- he will be their king Because they refused to return to Me.

Proclaim on the citadels in Ashdod and on the citadels in the land of Egypt and say, "Assemble yourselves on the mountains of Samaria and see the great tumults within her and the oppressions in her midst.
