KJV: And the high priest stood up in the midst, and asked Jesus, saying, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee?
NASB: The high priest stood up and came forward and questioned Jesus, saying, "Do You not answer? What is it that these men are testifying against You?"
KJV: But he held his peace, and answered nothing. Again the high priest asked him, and said unto him, Art thou the Christ, the Son of the Blessed?
NASB: But He kept silent and did not answer. Again the high priest was questioning Him, and saying to Him, "Are You the Christ, the Son of the Blessed One?"
KJV: And Pilate asked him, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answering said unto him, Thou sayest it.
NASB: Pilate questioned Him, "Are You the King of the Jews?" And He answered him, "It is as you say."
KJV: And Pilate asked him again, saying, Answerest thou nothing? behold how many things they witness against thee.
NASB: Then Pilate questioned Him again, saying, "Do You not answer? See how many charges they bring against You!"
KJV: And Pilate marvelled if he were already dead: and calling unto him the centurion, he asked him whether he had been any while dead.
NASB: Pilate wondered if He was dead by this time, and summoning the centurion, he questioned him as to whether He was already dead.
KJV: And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions.
NASB: Then, after three days they found Him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the teachers, both listening to them and asking them questions.
KJV: And the people asked him, saying, What shall we do then?
NASB: And the crowds were questioning him, saying, "Then what shall we do?"
KJV: And the soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying, And what shall we do? And he said unto them, Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages.
NASB: Some soldiers were questioning him, saying, "And what about us, what shall we do?" And he said to them, "Do not take money from anyone by force, or accuse anyone falsely, and be content with your wages."
KJV: Then said Jesus unto them, I will ask you one thing; Is it lawful on the sabbath days to do good, or to do evil? to save life, or to destroy it?
NASB: And Jesus said to them, "I ask you, is it lawful to do good or to do harm on the Sabbath, to save a life or to destroy it?"
KJV: And his disciples asked him, saying, What might this parable be?
NASB: His disciples began questioning Him as to what this parable meant.
