Amazing how quickly God will answer questions on the word. We were studying Acts 4 this morning and were confused by a few things. Right away my husband said, "We should call your Dad and ask him!" I said, "Lets ask God first." So we prayed and asked God to reveal what we couldn't understand. In a few minutes Pete said, "Lets read the section before to see if that helps." Sure enough, that answered our question and we actually found that the verses applied to what we are going through now in our life. We went for a walk after and I told him how amazing God is and how he really does want us to come to him first. Reminds me of this song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbWQV3OiRqA

Something we are going to share with the family member who is into spiritism.  Thought I would share.

Would like to request prayers for a family member and a friend who have been into spiritism and occult practices.  One is a believer and one just asked the Lord into her heart last night.  Please pray for protection and that God would continue to reveal himself.  Thank you!

Interesting that in Genesis 5, it indicates that Enoch was the only one out of the men listed that walked with God.  That popped out to me right away.
