Jeshurun [N] [S]

a poetical name for the people of Israel, used in token of affection, meaning, "the dear upright people" ( Deuteronomy 32:15 ;  Deuteronomy 33:5Deuteronomy 33:26 ;  Isaiah 44:2 ).
