First instance we see the power of God's WORD. God spoke, and it became. Two happenings. Jesus is here; the Spirit of God. I believe more than 2; even all 3 present here at Creation. His ways are higher than ours; we are not able to understand all the mysteries of God and we were never meant to. Just phenomenal.

God the Father created. In this verse, the Spirit of God moved. A distinction made by using specific descriptors, the Spirit of God being Jesus/the Holy Spirit (?). Cross Reference John 1:1.
Points of study:
*Jesus was the Word which is also described as the Spirit of God, BY which God spoke (?) BY which all things were made that hath been made. (Jn 1:1) (Col 1:16-17)
*The Spirit of God hovered (God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are a triune being yet three distinct persons)
*Jesus had to come, die, and be resurrected for the Holy Spirit to then be available as it is today. It wasn't the same in the Old Testament, in the time of the Prophets. (Jn 16:7)
*David spoke in the Spirit (Mt 22:43) and Jesus referenced that fact.

Galatians 3:13 - Christ didn't commit a sin worthy of death... but we did... we deserved the death Christ completed, yet He took our due punishment although He was innocent. Christ was burried the same day. Even after He released His Spirit, Deut. 21:23 was fulfilled because of Joseph.
